Full-stack, schema to pixel. TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Jest, Docker. I built AcePlay end to end: a booking and payments platform for private sports coaches in Pelotas. Before it, booking a lesson meant messaging the coach and waiting to hear which slots were open. Now availability is public, booking is one action, and earnings are tracked in the same place. It is live at aceplay.com.br.
Tested and containerized from the first commits, not retrofitted. The hardest problem was the one that sounds trivial: guaranteeing the same slot can never be booked twice. Two people can tap “book” in the same second, and lessons overlap without sharing a start time — so the guarantee lives in the database, not in application code. That is where I learned the last 20% — deploy, race conditions, the bug that only exists in production — is the actual engineering.
Pelotas, Brazil — UTC−3. Nobody asked me to build AcePlay. I watched coaches around me lose hours to scheduling by hand, and built the thing that fixes it.
It is the fastest way to reach me — I usually answer the same day.
